Year 2 have been learning to tell the time to 5 minute intervals. To help them understand time we made a human clock with children being the hour and minute hands.
To start this terms theme on 'The Seaside' we transported the children back to London and told a story about Samul Pepys watching the street entertainers. The children have already learnt about Samuel Pepys so were eager to learn more.
Year 2 were out through their paces on Wednesday afternoon. This half term year 4 have been following an exercise plan as part of their theme work and on Wednesday they instructed year 2 in the exercises.
