Our role play area has become a vets surgery and we have treated an awful lot of poorly animals in the first 2 weeks of term - thankfully they are all home safe and sound with their owners!

This week we continued writing our very own books based on the story "That's not my bunny". We have all worked extremely hard with our writing making it very neat and tidy. We enjoyed feeling a variety of materials and using words to describe them before using them in our books. Once we had written our books we used the special binding machine to put a spine on the side - they look very professional!

On Tuesday we all enjoyed making and eating pancakes! We all took turns to read the recipe, weigh out the ingredients and stir them together before cooking in a pan. We all got to have a go at flipping the pancakes - some of us found it easier than others, but it was very good fun!

We have also started making our very own aquariums!

We are very excited to be going to Sacrewell farm on Monday - don't foget your wellies!
