This is the greatest show!

Inspired by our new favourite musical 'The Greatest Showman' the brown bears have planned a great day out to the BCA circus! 

To begin with we watched a short clip of the songs and discussed what our dream circus would look like. The children came up with adventurous adjectives such as; inspiring, magical, mind- blowing, awesome and incredible! We then wrote sentences together to describe the perfect circus. The children used 2A sentences, capital letters and even tried to use exclamation marks.

Some of the children created a construction of their own circus and labelled it using post it notes. We had lots of brilliant creations, including a circus with elephants.

To finish our session we have created our own mini circus outdoors to try and recreate the movie! We have used stilts, hoops and beanbags. 

All of the children were really inspired by the 'Greatest Showman' and have produced lots of incredible work.
